I have noticed that some Mods like to write reviews and post them in the News & Editorials section. My suggestion is to have interested mods/users sign up to become reviewers and create a separate reviews section of the website. The reviews would only be of major releases only, not shovelware like 'horsez' and 'dogz', etc. We could have a team of 2-3 willing users consisting of at least one mod, a writer, and editor, for each system. These teams could collaberate on who is writing , editing, and posting each review. The review section should link to the current game database and also show the user score for the game near the official score.
The end goal of this would be to get listed externally on gamerankings.com, metacritic.com, etc and in the long run, drive more traffic to the site. This would necessitate an official VgChartz game scoring policy that would attach a percentage to the review.
This further exposure would help VgChartz to gain even more recognition and trust in the gaming community.
