I dunno if I would agree that it did exceptionally well. It seems like it didn't seem to do so great to me when it did 200k in the US alone combined, though maybe it's a matter of standards when it comes to this game, like 'it did really well *considering the type of game it is..' So I see it as it is no longer vita exclusive because there is potentially more money it could use to make. o: |

Spike Chunsoft: "Combined sales of the first two Danganronpa titles – Trigger Happy Havoc and Goodbye Despair – now total more than 200,000 across Europe and the US. That's just on PS Vita – it's quite an impressive number."
Also: "So I see it as it is no longer vita exclusive because there is potentially more money it could use to make."
That's not what you said originally. What you said first was, in essence, that it didn't meet expectations on Vita, or didn't sell enough on Vita so they ported it to the PC. If the quote above there is what you actually mean then you are agreeing with me in my last line in the post you quoted:
"More likely it's just because there's no reason to leave money on the table by keeping it Vita-exclusive."
Now, personally I'd say 200k for the first two in the west is excpetionally well for Danganronpa. Of course that is relative to the genre it is. It's not exceptional sales compared to western AAAs, but that's not what you should be comparing this to.
