Nah, the gamecube's d-pad is way too small :-/ but overall it feels great in the hands, so I could understand why people like it.
Inalways loved the play station controllers, even before the dualshock was released, people don't even notice them anymore because they're so present and have been the default input device onthe most common consoles for so long now, but there is a reason they have barely changed over the years, this was an amazing design to begin with, both responsive and comfortable.... Plus they are feature complete!
Anyway, I think all modern "regular" controllers are great, saying one trouncesthe others like many insist is just unfair, I have some preference, but none is a real problem formost games...
