Could you see Nintendo publishing games on PC if worst came to worst?

PC exclusive eShop just to annoy all those who didn't buy Nintendo consoles because they wanted the games on their respective console. And to sell peripherials of course, Nintendo is after all a toy company which sells software to sell hardware, not the other way around
