Odd, MP8 here costs around 10€ and just because some Nintendo first party games do hold their value pretty well, that isn't true of the majority of their games, things like Rhythm paradise Wii here dropped from being a €40 game to being about €2-4 not more than a month or two after launch. so the exceptions like Mario Kart and New Super Mario Bros are just that. Not to mention 3rd party games on the Wii they dropped like rocks in value too after the systems initial boom on launch ended.

i work at a locally owned used video game store, and we still sell MP8 for 40. havent checked GS's prices, but it cant be too different. i absolutely loved rhythm heaven, and youre right, that game dropped in value somewhat fast as did many other third party games on wii. i think NA versions of games tend to have a higher value than PAL for some reason.

When it comes to the Wii version of that it's even weirder when you consider the EU version came with the full audio of both the Japanese original and the US audio. Got a super deal... I think I paid under €5 for it.

And yeah checked one of the sites I buy from online here, €15 for MP8 there with a ton of copies in stock.
