It's a custom version (and it's not perfect as well, I'll record a better version and uplaoad it later). I played it on my digital piano, so I've managed to change from strings to concert piano during the middle of the song (it was quite hard doing that xD). Also sorry for the bad quality, recorded it with my phone. Anyway, I hope you like it, fellow Zelda fans.
