Those are fair points. Textures are better than I've seen in this genre but like you said. It's pretty ruthless and I like that. It reminds me of the original F-Zero when I was terrible at it. The phasing is an enjoyable mechanic for the most part. How far are you in it? I'm still in the first set, Cobalt I think.
