Most polished Bethesda game isn't saying much, ROFL, the's a bug on the PC version which disables movement and Keyboard actions in game when you first leave the vault for a start and requires the player to restart the game which is made harder by the fact the esc key doesn't respond, I know because I got it as well. I own the game and have come across a notable amount of bugs.
