It would suck and probably not be the same. And no. We would NOT have Sony because they joined the industry in partnership with Nintendo. The PlayStation was a joint project and an add-on for the Super Nintendo. Which Nintendo abandoned because it was not "good nor powerful enough" to fit their visions. They dropped it and Sony finished it. Huge mistake on Nintendo's part. Could you imagine a world where Nintendo and Sony were still together today? Crazy!

As for Microsoft. The MSX may have done a bit better and been successful... maybe not but PC gaming would have still evolved. Sega would probably still try, but may have backed out. Then again would Sega have made the Master System if it wasn't for the NES?

Like you said, without Nintendo, then we don't have Playstation, maybe even Xbox and PC games

Right but without Atari 2600, we don't have Nintendo. After all, they created the business model that Nintendo would both follow and ultimately learn from. And if you want to keep going, you could come up with earlier examples.

The truth is, everyone learned from someone before them and improved on an idea. To find the true "first" gaming device, you'd have to go back to  the first caveman rolling a rock around for amusement lol
