If you look at the top 10 they are all multi-plats but they are both on XB1 and PS4. So they had to find a way to make XB1 the only console with the top 10. Removing games released before 2014 probably bumps up Halo into the top 10 and therefore they can now say;

" the only console that has all top 10 best-selling titles of this generation that launched in 2015. "

Yup! you are right, i only saw that after a second look at the list! Damn! that is some epic spin! Microsoft PR is working hard here!
