No, Media Create track SKU's separately (see: 4 versions of 3DS in their chart). They've just stopped tracking it.
iirc, Dengeki stopped at the end of 2014, so it's not surprising. I'm more surprised that all of these trackers continue to show XB1 is all, since it's selling such negligible amounts. Seems to contradict what they did with Vita TV (which is also negligible amounts, but still higher).
