I highly doubt it's a new dungeon. I mean, they didn't give new dungeon in Wind Waker HD, why would they here ? And it's Tantalus who made it, not Nintendo directly, they certainly won't take time to dev a whole new dungeon.
Well, I've already preordererd the bundle with the amiibo so nice for me anyway.
