I haven't tried it online, but Guitar Hero III was doing crazy numbers on the WFC charts. I haven't read anything bad about the online, so I'm guessing it works fine.
Madden 08 has online multi-player, but I gave up on it months ago. Half the time you do a quick match-up the connection fails. For some reason you can't connect to certain people. Me and my brother tried every way possible to connect for hours on quite a few different nights with no success. Then there is lag in about half the games that do actually get going online. Pathetic. Hopefully 09 will have this corrected.
