It's not really DLC though. To you and everyone else, saying similar things. He was buying optional card packs that are earned with in-game currency. He was just choosing to pull extra packs with money to get rarer cards. It's RNG system like opening real card packs.
Edit: I see Barozi touched on it. Does also surprise that people who are so willing to criticize know next to nothing about what they're criticizing.
