They're not big games but they can all do over 100k. None of them on their own will do wonders but all of them together make a positive impact.  

 

Look at the last 3 medium games released in November and December for ps4 in Japan.  

 

Star wars: nearly 200k

Bo3: 300k

Fallout 4: 200k

 

Add on digital and they're already over those marks. These games will of course sell a good bit more so it just shows you all these medium releases really help. 

 


If the anime wasn't still on filler maybe it could have helped the game by showing the last episodes. I can bet with you that Naruto won't cross the 100k, not even with the digital sales combined (and for the record i will be happy if you win the bet, because i love Naruto).

Street Fighter 5 may pass 100k after some time but overall the fighting market in Japan is on a big decline compared to the PS1/PS2 days. Only exception is Smash and the first JoJo game.
