Hah I didn't notice it was the 20th anniversary... Kind of a big coincidence as I literally just got down from exploring the attic half an hour ago where I found my pokemon blue (first pokemon game), red, yellow, gold, and my Pokemon Pikachu Virtual Pet.
As for the latter, I only moments ago finally remembered how it works, being one of the world's first fitbits haha... You get points from steps that you can gamble with and buy watts to gift to Pikachu.
Very cool... Earlier last year I also found my rather robust (and now valuable only for sentimental reasons) Pokemon cards. I organized them according to pokedex number and now feel somewhat obligated to finish the original 151 :p
Somehow or another I have quite a few japanese and German ones...
