I saw the video last week I think, there was also a thread here. So is this new news or just the same info as before?

It's a little different though.

This isn't just some random fans that made a video about Zelda. Creative Minds and Souls, LLC is an actual company that submitted this to Nintendo. Random fans can't do that. We can infer that Nintendo was seeking ideas from outside companies regarding Zelda commercials from this.
