Ah, Norway's old wooden churches. They are awesome! They're as close as we'll ever get to seeing what viking architecture would have looked like.

 

I think there are places in Denmark that might have remnants of viking architechture. Strictly speaking of vikings and pagan religions, I don't really find the church as "viking", due to their religion being more earthy. The church, however, I find fascinating and how creatively it solves the problem of heavy loads of snow.
