2/3 of console browsing on PlayStation, 50% on PS4

How is browsing on a Playstation a much better and much more convenient experience than on PC? Just out of curiousity.

 

PS4 is always on and always up to date, and I don't have to go to another room or location. I know my situation is not the same as most, but my PC was always shut down, so anytime I would use it just to surf the web, it would need to do Nvidia Updates, Steam Updates, EA Access Updates, Windows Updates, Norton updates, and on, and on, and on. It just became such a hassel to use, I just stopped using it all together. 

The only things I miss from the PC is the PDF support, and the ability to have more than 3 windows open.
