OR has their own store which is a competitor to Steam. Games sold in the OR store are only playable on the OR device.  Are you suggesting OR doesn't charge a fee for games sold in it's store just like everyone else?

Most OR-compatible games will be also available on Steam or in other digital stores:

If I had an Oculus Rift, I would probably buy most VR-games on Steam and only the few exclusive titles in the Oculus store.
