I have no idea, but I have a similar issue. I think it's a Prone called Quebba who is dead, so his portrait isn't in the chart. And since he's dead, I won't be able to talk to him and fix this.

Damn, sounds like it's a common issue then. Not the end of the world, but it still annoys me for some reason.
