Fin displayed NO force powers other than some minor piloting abilities and a slightly unnatural ability to use the light saber (which he still got defeated while wielding). Rey on the other hand could both resist mind reading AND mind read; could defeat a trained sith (trained by both luke AND snoke) with the lightsaber; had insane piloting abilities, could force mind control AND use force telekesis.
FYI Anakin was the force jesus... born from the living force and couldn't do any of that until Obi-Won/Qui-Gon trained him.
