I think those games will get there for shure, also star fox zero and bayonetta 2. kirby rainbow curse might leg it out if its undertracked. Another 2 or three unannounced games could do it, fast racing neo with a retail release, maybe yooka laylee and minecraft too.

Bayonetta 2 is also currently out of print in NA. Maybe Nintendo will make more copies since there's a lot of interest lately because of Smash but if they don't then I don't see it reaching anywhere near one million especially with how overtracked it is in NA.

Still plenty available in europe though but yeah it seems over tracked in NA
