Did you even read the post you quoted in fact no point asking because you didn't, Rayman a games that sold mildly was used as an example of games like COD and AC won't ever sell, for some reason you read only those lines and came up with a reply to an argument that doesn't even exist go back and read the post properly.

The whole point is the's no point Nintendo trying for certain third parties because as long as they don't try themselves the userbase will never bother much with them, when the userbase itself recognizes that third parties are releasing titles with missing modes, no dlc and so on at full price over other versions it's common sense that no amount of pushing from Nintendo will make a difference, third parties themselves have chip in. You're effectively asking Nintendo to tell their fans just buy third party games regardless of how they turn out.

This is why they're not trying with third parties because like yourself they think one party should do everything for them, a shared library between portable and homeconsole would be much more beneficial and return results. Collaborations like the one with PG and NLG would be better then trying to pander to developers who don't want to try.

what of games like AC and the last CODs and the games that werent missing content and still bombed? whose fault is that? Nintendo hasnt tried PERIOD. Thats my point, do you really think they tried? I wouldnt cosnider stuff like Bayo 2 trying thats small stuff, bare minimum

Those games didn't bomb, just didn't do as well as they could because ubi and activision didn't try. You know, those who own the games are the ones who need to try.
