It's November 21st 2016. The NX is out and more powerful than the PS4. Are 3rd parties on board?

Not true.  There are huge incentives to have a launch title available.  Think about it.  Ps4 might have 40+ million units, but how large is the library of games?  In the hundreds, thousands if you include the indies.  All those titles are competing with each other for a piece of that market.  At launch, NX will sell a few million units with a library around 20-30 games.  Lack of choices means even crappy games could sell a good number.  The smaller library means more exposure for their titles.
