He is kind of dumb in a smart sort of way. At the same time quite smart in dumb sort of way. Personally i think he doesn't believe in most of the stuff he is saying and catering to the ever growing segment in the Republican party, if not the whole United States. For good or bad people like him because he seems unlike most other politicians. Interesting video below about how he tackles a question in much different even if the answer is sometimes or most of the times fluff.
