- Reddit user Baldrick1986 found this curious figuring in Star Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menace, from a scene in Anakin Skywalker's home:

- the article proposes when it comes to Maz's character:

Described as 1,000 years old by Han Solo, she was definitely around at the time of the prequel trilogy. Maz seemed very clued up about the affairs of the Skywalker family, so it could be that she has been secretly interfering in their destiny for longer than we realised

But at the same time, The Force Awakens seemed to almost completely ignore anything that happened before A New Hope.

So......

Could it be that Maz' character had some relation with young Anakin Skywalker and Co?

Could it be that Disney is subtly suggesting the first film (and therefore the rest) were some kind of fiction?

Could it be we are reading too much into this and this is all just a coincidence?

What do you think?
