It's November 21st 2016. The NX is out and more powerful than the PS4. Are 3rd parties on board?

Has Zombie U (or just Zombi now, I suppose) even been released for the PS4 and the XBone? It was announced a long time ago, but I have no idea if it's already out or not.

Wasn't it released days after the announcement?
