The Wii U sold 92k last year because splatoon.  A ton of kids wanted it so parents were buying the Wii U for them.  The total numbers for the year were nothing special and in 2016 they won't be either.  

 

I'd call the Wii U a failure because it's going to sell less than half the Wii sales in Japan and be replaced early.  Decent Xmas numbers for a few weeks in 2015 and 2013 won't change that. 

 

Yep Thats basically it. Soooo I dont know why this person thinks that it will do 200K+ in 2weeks.
