Tekken Tag 2 offered a lot of extras for Wii U...still flopped. But i have a question, why do they NEED extras? Isnt it enough that they release the same time as others? Does a dev really have to add extra stuff to the version of a game that they know wont even get close to the sales of other versions?

Tekken Tag 2 flopped in general, compare the userbase of WiiU at launch date to those of Ps3 and 360 and you'll see it has actually flopped less on WiiU compared to other paltforms.

No if they make the same game at the same time and with a good port I'm not expecting any extra. With my inital post I was referring to games arriving late.

I think the PS3 version did good for what it is, this isnt a mainline game, so sales dont need to be that high. And i reject the whole userbase argument could we could find games that did better on systems with a smaller userbase than not.

Of course if something is late it should have extras, thats just good sense.
