If it's cheap/easy to make ports and it's more powerful than a PS4, then yes. It will probably have a lot of third party ports simply because it's easy for third parties to do so.
Third parties don't "hate" Nintendo, they just can't be expected to be best friends with Nintendo. Like we can be "friends", but don't expect me drive 45 minutes across the city to pick you up and drive you to a party and then have to drive you back afterwards. We're friendly but we're not *that* friendly.
Nintendo has forced third parties to have to go out of their way to support them with underpowered hardware compared to industry standards of the time. That's always been the root of the issue.
