You already start wrong by saying NX will be two things. The handheld prediction is not gonna happen, 540p is the minimum and 720p the maximun (480p would actually be more expensive). I think they will go for a single big foldable screen at one of those resolutions (probably 720p). whatever console replaces wii u will easily have a 1080p 60 fps standard, maybe 1440p on "4k"/2160p tvs. I don't think any 9 gen console will achieve 4k consistently without sacrificing graphics and framerate unless it releases late (2019+) or at a very high price.
