Handheld will be at least 540p though I think it will be 720p.
They have talked a few times about smartphones and I'm sure they are aware of how much of a problem they are. They need something great that won't be a joke compared to a smartphone, so 720p is ideal.
Knowing Nintendo, I fear they will go the cheap route and just keep the 480p of the gamepad and call it a day.
About NX console, I expect 1080p and 60fps. Though I'm not so sure, because now I'm starting to think it won't be more powerful than a ps4, just slightly more than a xbox one, so 1080/60 would be impossible right?
