Third parties are on board, but only to test the waters.

Ubisoft provides respectable support: Rayman launch title (timed exclusive), just dance, and assassins creed port. Promises support but not mature title support (splinter cell, far cry, and watch dogs) if assassins creed port fails.

Activision provides solid support: skylanders (exclusive content), cod port, and surprisingly a destiny 2 port. Will promise support but will check sales of cod and destiny for mature title support.

EA gives weak support: FIFA port, Star Wars battlefront port, and madden port. Will wait on battlefront to see how mature titles play out, but ultimately will say they "go where the audience is"

OTHER:

Tecmo Koei will co develop a game
Namco bandai has a project cars 2 port (made by SMS)
Capcom, Bethesda, take two, and rockstar are going to wait to see how the console plays out
