Thanks guys.
Thought I'd jump in to the discussion of Zelda over-saturation.
For me, I actually really enjoy the fact that Nintendo has turned Zelda into basically an annualized franchise at this point. The reason I say so is because, while they have been releasing new Zelda games every year, they aren't all main line Zelda titles. I would have a major issue if they made main line Zelda games every year, as the quality of them would likely greatly suffer.
I think the remakes are great. In my mind, OoT 3D, WW:HD, and MM 3D are all the definitive ways to play each of those games, and I think it's awesome that Nintendo made them. In addition, Hyrule Warriors was a nice, unique experiment with the Dynasty Warriors franchise, and TFH has been surprisingly enjoyable, despite some problems.
The bottom line, I think that the fact Nintendo is making so many remasters/spin offs in the Zelda franchise actually increases the impact of the main line Zelda titles. It makes you anticipate them that much more because you know it will be more significant than the games you've been playing over the past 2-3 years. I would hate it if Zelda was like Metroid, with no new game for like 6 years.
