Honestly, I think the biggest boon would be a bigger appeal of Nintendo products with kids/teens (ironically enough since kids/teens want to consume things that they think adults and grown ups do). It wouldn't be a surprise to me if despite Nintendo's insistnece on creating a child/family friendly image, that a large majority of the people who buy Nintendo consoles are adults with no children.
