I think i would love a 720p amoled capacitive screen with a tegra x1 chip. Higher resolutions aren't essential and also would allow a powerful chip like the x1 to run games almost on par with x1 and ps4, allowing easy ports. I think they also have to find a way to make android apks (a little like what blackberry an wp did) conversion in an easy way, so they would get quickly a lot of great games that work really bad without controllers like final Fantasy series or gta and max Payne.
