This has been the shittiest NFL season I can remember in my lifetime. I can pull for many teams, but it's REALLY annoying to see all the injuries, horrendous officiating, jekyll and hyde teams, craptastic poor sportmanship, incompetence, and just general 'bleh' product on the field.
Exception made for Carolina, they have been pretty fun to watch, and I'm nowhere close to a Panthers fan, or hater. I feel pretty indifferent about them to be honest, but at least week to week they put out a high quality effort. Seahawks, Cardinals, and Patriots CAN be great, but also pretty crap week to week in various spots in the season (Seahawks crap early, Pats crap late, Cards crap for like 2 or 3 random games through the season but awesome in others, etc). The rest of the league is mostly a massive dumpster fire.
We should have known the apocalypse was on the way when people stopped laughing at my WAS > NFC East prediction :)
The only clear answer is that the Redskins need to go win a SB. Goodell would freak out, what a way to finish the '50th' SB season.
