I think 720p is more than enough. 1080p would be a waste since even home consoles struggle to reach it. So... 720p is the right choice imo (probably cheaper and is a good resolution for a small screen).
Regarding the RAM, I think 1GB is more than enough again. Vita has 512mb iirc and still produces pretty complex mobile games (look at KZ Mercenary).
Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won
