If they follow the Fusion Idea, that will make them need more power on the handheld to keep both systems similar enough to share most of their library. This time around, power is one of the priorities, when before it wasn't.

Eeeeh, I don't know if I would use the Vita as an example of how a handheld must be and do to compete with smartphones. :P
