I always liked the idea of that woman's little girl being grown up and pursuing Uma's character (it's been a while since I've seen these, have forgotten all names heh... What was the bride's name?)

It'd be fun to revisit her either way.

Beatrix Kiddo. :D

Yeah, it would be interesting to see what Tarantino would do with that story. I don't know how I would feel if Kiddo is the antagonist. I think it could be interesting to see a story where you can pretty much side with either the little girl now grown up seeking revenge and Kiddo the Black Mamba.

Yeah, her speech to the little girl really sounded like an outline for a future movie lol... Beatrix wouldn't blame her for growing up with revenge in mind but she'll be ready all the same.

Seems like there's potential for it to be of the blood-debt/feud genre, where both characters are forced by circumstance to fight one another, akin to a Greek tragedy or something. The violence just perpetuating itself from one generation to the next.

That's a hard movie to make, though (one lacking a true protagonist or antagonist)... It'd almost have to be from the grown up girl's perspective unless her identity is hidden and Beatrix spends much of the movie fighting off assassins or something. Seems to me she'd want to kill Beatrix herself, though.
