I think Nintendo's E3 this year will piss off a lot of Wii U owners. I mean legit piss them off. It will make a lot of people who were on the fence about the prospect of the NIntendo NX take a peek. Of the choices on the list I have to say 2015, but 2016 is going to piss off some fans, big time. Four years is too little time to be switching consoles on your fans after you made them drop over $300 (plus games) on your console.

Nah, at this point it's to be expected. No one should be surprised when they reveal the NX and announce that it's releasing this holiday with Zelda U now multiplatorm launching alongside it.

I think once Nintendo announced mobile, NX, the delays of two of the biggest games left (Zelda and Star Fox), and talking about transformation and expansion, the writing was probably on the wall. Plus, the Wii U at this point sold 12 million units in 3 years. While its great to continue supporting the console, you could only do so much once you realize the sales aren't increasing enough. That's probably why we mostly got filler, along with Splatoon, Mario Maker, Xenoblade Chronicles X, Woolly World, Rainbow Curse, etc. I mean, as much as I appreciate and am glad that Splatoon and Mario Maker are moving consoles (at least in Japan), I cannot deny that even in 2016, the Wii U will not be in a very good spot because of Sony's potential upcoming lineup and Microsoft slowly improving.

Oh that is exactly why we only got Ultra Trash and Garbage Festival as newly announced Wii U games this year, though even then they atleast coulda been good still like Captain Toad and Rainbow Curse, but I guess they really couldn't be bothered.
