I guess that depends on what you focus on.
1. Newsflash: The president in the US isn't the sole leader of the country. The president hardly matters as much as many make him/her out to be. That's not to say the president has no power, but get real people. No president will make the situation in the US substantially better OR worse.
2. Butthurt people: Ignore them! How hard can it be?
3. Stupid challenges: Umm what? Ignore this too! Not hard!
4. Sports: Athletes come and go. Bu-hu.
5. More stupidity: Loud mouthed minority. Ignore and move on! Alternatively enjoy the show and laugh if that gives you kicks.
6. Yes. ISIS sucks, I'll give you this point. And I don't think we're helping to curb the recruitment of terrorists by bombing civilians (yeah, civilians get hit. That's a fact). It might help short term, it will only make people desise western society long term. Bravo, people.
7. Much more, probably, and a bunch of good stuff will happen too.
Is there nothing positive going on in your life? Focus on that, don't let small nuisances (with the exception of the ISIS thing, that's kinda a big deal) get you down.
Happy new year!
