Less emphasis on the Holiday season more emphasis on spreading some releases through the year
Take the long term and use the new studios to make new IP instead of timed deals
Make Halo 6 the last Halo (Would've made Halo 5 the last halo but it's too late) also Gears 4 the last gears, and have 343 and The Coalition working on new games.
There's only 2 races: White and 'Political Agenda'
2 Genders: Male and 'Political Agenda'
2 Hairstyles for female characters: Long and 'Political Agenda'
2 Sexualities: Straight and 'Political Agenda'
