10 out of 10 is a perfect a perfect product not one where the good out ways the bad enough to compensate 

 

take an extremly ugly girl and give her a great heart and lots of personality, the good out ways teh bad here...is she a ten? 

 In the game industry, no it isnt. 10/10 means its one of the most fun experiences to ever have playing a game.
