Actually I've picked it from Cultura.com (french site), on the page to pre-order the game. You can see it there :

So I don't know, I think it's the final. Also, I've added the Wii U box around the art, for parity, maybe that's why the amiibo icon isn't here ?

A Dutch store says we get the NA one.

Their picture also has PEGI and unlike this one the amiibo logos on it. Might also still be fake, because they could have copy-pasted the PEGI logo right over the US's ESRB logo, but I don't think we've seen a confirmation of the EU boxart one way or the other. I do hope we don't get the one you posted, the logo on it sucks; too high (the top of it touches the blue banner), too small, too faint, no dropshadow. I doubt it's real, pretty sure it's just a mock-up, the font of "HD" also seems off. I'd prefer the NA one, our original already looked like the JP one.
