If this is the case, hopefully they will re-use the same engine or do something that can shave 2 years off of the development time that it took for Zelda U. If the current development times are any indication and Zelda U is a Wii U exclusive then it is totally possible that the NX will be the first console to not see it's own mainline Zelda title (especially if the NX releases in 2016).
