It depends on what you mean by "around 30 Million" ...
At this point in time I think a fair estimate for the PS3's sales at the end of 2008 is between 20 and 22 Million units sold worldwide. If the PS3 had a 15% improvement year over year for the first half of 2009 it would still only average 1 Million units a month and be sitting at 26 to 28 Million units worldwide.
