Hmm, I never really expected anything other than a 10 from what is, after all, Official Playstation Magazine. It's not like the PS3 has many, many huge contenders for the crown in this genre...
It'll be exciting to see some more and more neutral reviews, especially in the light of recent happenings from Gametrailers and Gamespot.
Then again; if there was some kind of huge bias out there against the PS3, odds are that the 360 version of GTA IV would be rated higher than it's PS3 counterpart.
