But again you totally ignoring fact that probably will be launch title for NX, that will affect greatly on sales.

I'm not ignoring that. Given that Nintendo's popularity in the console space has sunk to an all time low, I consider it unlikely that NX will be a big success. Being a launch title for it would help a bit, but to reach Twilight Princess sales, Zelda U would need a more mainstream style and better marketing.
